New regulation of Mineral Water and Beer in China

Three national standards for beer, mineral water, and olive olive will come to effect soon. Therein, the new standards for beer and potable natural mineral water replace the original standards. The new national standards for beer are revised by CHINA ALCOHOLIC DRINKS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION. Compared with the original national standards, the new standards revise the definitions of dry bee, ice beer,low alcohol beer, wheat beer, turbid beer, and add definitions of alcohol-free beer and fruit and vegetable beer. In the new standards,  alcohol-free beer is defined as beer whose alcohol content is less than or equal to 0.5%vol, and original wort concentration is bigger than or equal to 3.0°P.
