According to Chinese laws and regulations, AQSIQ has evaluated the food safety management system and food safety situation in the countries or regions where the export of Chinese dairy products is exported. To Chinese export of dairy products issued by the exporting country or region should be accompanied by the government department in charge of the health certificate. The certificate should certify the following contents:
1. dairy raw materials come from healthy animals;
2. dairy products after processing will not pass with animal disease;
3. dairy production enterprises under the local government department in charge of supervision;
4. milk is safe, available for human consumption.
The certificate shall be signed by the competent authority of the exporting country or region and by its authorized person, and the destination shall be marked as People's Republic of China.
